Designer Cake Truffles

Bella Bites do NOT need to be refrigerated and will stay fresh for a few weeks just inside their little box.  So, don't feel bad if you can't eat them all right away!  (I have a funny feeling that won't be an issue!)  However, if you do have super human willpower and want to save your Bella Bites for a later date - no problem!

Simply place the Bella Bites inside a freezer safe bag and store them in your freezer until you can't resist any longer!  Place your Bella Bites on a cookie sheet in the fridge for about an hour, then at room temperature for additional 45 minutes.

*Warning*
The waiting process may prove more difficult than expected.  Don't be sad, there is good news...  Bella Bites are still awesome even when they are cold!
